Low-country Boil

All seafood is not created equal. Why fresh local catches are best:

SUSTAINABILITY: Our fishermen comply with state and federal regulations–some of the strictest in the world–insuring they are harvesting (and you are purchasing) responsibly.

FLAVOR: Fresh fish just taste better! Fish sticks can’t compare to the catch of the day. [Come pick up some Mahi, Tuna, Flounder, Speckled Trout, Shrimp, Crabs, Clams or Oysters for your Thanksgiving Meal! All you need is a hot oven, sea salt, butter or oil and blackened seasoning]

SAFETY: Approximately 2% of seafood imported into the US is inspected. Less than 1% is tested for illegal antibiotics and other harmful chemicals.

COASTAL COMMUNITIES: The local fishing industry is the backbone of small coastal economies providing jobs, adding value through the supply chain and preserving the traditions of a vibrant culture.
